Tapping is so easy and effective. And like meditation can be used anywhere any time for anything. And combined these two modalities are very powerful ways of supporting you through your life and any situations it brings you. It enhances positivity and reduces negativity.

Tapping is what was traditionally called EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – an energy based modality based on the energy flow in our bodies called meridians. It is founded on traditional Chinese acupuncture and acupressure which are known for supporting the healing of the body and blocking pain. Tapping uses some of these points to do the same thing. Only here you are using your fingers to stimulate the points. And like with meditation it helps release endorphins to help create a sense of wellbeing and calmness.

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, benign and powerful method of healing. Reiki energy has a wonderful way of enhancing the body’s natural healing ability. This `universal life energy’ or `spiritual energy’ is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment or the person during self healing. It boosts your immune system and promotes well-being. It also has an effect on your mind and spirit bringing you back to joy and vitality.

‘Chakra’ is the Sanskrit word for the wheel of energy which flows through our bodies. There are seven main chakras aligning the spine starting at the base of the spine through to the crown. Each one corresponds to nerves and the major organs of our bodies affecting our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When they are blocked, this blocks the flow of energy leading to illness and dis-ease. When they are balanced, the energy, our life force, flows freely all through our body creating a sense of vitality, balance and aliveness. We feel on the top of the world.

When you get to know and appreciate how each chakra works and impacts you, you will be excited to see how your life can change dramatically. It is a powerful way to get to understand why you respond to situations, events, and people in your life the way you do.
