This guided meditation is such a lovely way to end your week. It helps you release your week that was and opens you up to having a fun, enjoyable and relaxing time with loved ones and friends.

In my previous blog, I wrote about the importance of creating an end of week ritual. This meditation goes hand in hand with that.
Take a few moments to listen to it. I would suggest you also listen to it at the end of your weekday. It will help you release stress and tension.
As I go through the meditation, I will ask you the following questions, I want you to tune into.
- What excited me about today / this week?
- What did I learn today / this week?
- What could I have done differently?
- What emotion was holding me back?
- Who could I have asked to help me today?
- What am I stressed about? How does this make me feel?
- What am I happy about? How does this make me feel?
- What am I proud of?
- What am I grateful for?
