It is so important to feel validated in your life. You feel so wonderfully free and free to be who you are.

Being validated in your life is so empowering. It makes you feel confident, of value, accepted, heard, and seen. It frees you to express yourself in your unique way.

Each day, pause and take a moment to validate something about yourself. Look in the mirror as you do so, as this enhances the experience. This will be difficult at first. It takes practice. However, you will find that over time you will be able to look at yourself and say “I love and accept you (me) for who I am’.
